Shipping & Returns

Shipping rate determined at checkout (based on product weight, distance, speed, and carrier).
We only ship to the address listed as shipping address during checkout.
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after they are placed. We may call to verify some orders, so please call us if your order has not shipped yet. Any other requests you must speak with a manager.
We do not accept returns on used products. Please inspect all purchases closely. If we choose to authorize a return, the purchaser is subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on quartz unless it arrives damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 631-615-6550 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us. Once notified, you will be requested to send the broken piece back to us immediately. We will refund you the shipping cost and send you a replacement, if one is available, once we receive the damaged item.
If you want to change, return or cancel your order, there will be a 20% restocking fee added. If you want to return your order you are responsible for paying shipping both ways.
The 20% restocking fee can be waived in the event of shipping damage, product is not what was advertised, received the incorrect product, or the product is defective.
